Botanical Dog skin care products:
Should your product be damaged or unusable and you wish it replaced, please contact the Botanical Dog Customer Service Dept. at customercare@botanicaldog.com within 3 days of receiving the order. Please report shortages and errors in shipping within 3 days. NO claims will be accepted after this time. They will send a replacement and tell you what to do with the damaged item. If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from Botanical Dog, please email Botanical Dog at:
customerservice@botanicaldog.com within 5 days of receiving your order, and you will be issued a Return Authorization Number.
