Skin and Coat Support is a comprehensive essential fatty acid supplement for dogs that
supports coat sheen and luster. It also improves skin tone. It is recommended
for dogs with dry, greasy or dull coats; dry skin; dandruff; or hair loss. It
is recommended for show dogs.
“The biologically active fatty acids in the skin and coat formula helps
support tone and elasticity of the skin and hair,” explained Roger Kendall,

supports structural integrity, prevents moisture loss and helps control the
flow of nutrients into and out of the cell.”
This product provides an optimal ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 fatty acids
for more efficient and beneficial prostaglandin production by blending natural
oils from borage, primrose, flax seed, olives, and fish with vitamin E. The
source of Omega 6 fatty acids includes linoleic and gamma linolenic; Omega 3
fatty acids including alpha linolenic, eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic;
and Omega 9 fatty acids including oleic acid.
Oils are cold pressed, meaning the dog receives the full advantage of
the natural compounds not altered by heat or chemical processing that render
fats inactive or unusable by the body.
